Throw Ceramics

Kelsey’s ceramic studio is an amazing space to create your own one-of-a-kind pottery art. The studio is very clean, organized and full of creative vibes. Kelsey and her team are fun and full of ceramic knowledge. Most importantly, they are extremely supportive and always there for technical instructions and guidance!

I hadn’t done pottery since I took a class in high school but have been wanting to get back into it. I took the “try-it” wheel class where you get to practice throwing on the wheel for about two hours and it was amazing! I had such a great time and was able to make four pieces that I liked a lot. Great atmosphere, the studio is so cozy, cute and clean! Amy, the teacher was also great and very clear on instruction and helpful! Definitely recommend!

Took a one-night intro to the wheel class at Throw and loved it! The owner/teacher was very helpful and welcoming, it was a nice small class, and while I didn't become a ceramicist in a few hours, I had a great time and am proud of my cups and bowl! Kelsey put a lot of care into glazing and firing us students' projects, which I really appreciated!

Throw Ceramics is excellent! The studio is lovely - organized, well-equipped, clean, and people are helpful and knowledgeable. I was initially hesitant because the per-class cost was slightly higher than my previous place, but the full-time access, reliable firing and glazes, great tools, and helpful support made it a waaaay better deal. So glad I came here!

We had our holiday staff party here and it was such a warm and inviting space for all 10 of us! The instruction was clear and kind, the things to nibble on were delicious, and with no previous experience, we couldn't believe we all walked away with some really great pieces- and had a ton of fun in the process. The perfect balance of incorporating a rewarding activity into group social time. We all LOVED it wand we will definitely be back!
