Walk ins NOT welcome! Waited with my 2 kiddos for 30min for a table to open up. While we were waiting we were literally staring at open tables that the staff said they were holding for people who called ahead. Staff on a Sunday were totally incompetent to manage any type of business. Saw 2 groups turned away at the door. We also left to spend our $ elsewhere. Will never return! Beware!

Great place to paint, tons of options of ceramics to choose from and a SUPER helpful staff! Have to come to this location multiple times and have had a pleasant experience every time. Staff is knowledgeable with techniques and give very helpful suggestions, and we’ve found them to be very accommodating. It was really busy today (a weekend day) so I would definitely recommend calling ahead because it’s a popular thing to do with friends and family on a weekend! We’re excited to come back because there’s so much we’d like to paint!

Love this place, was so happy to find it! My kids and I have been here several times and enjoyed it every time. It is a tad pricey if you're bringing your child, especially if you have more than 1 child. I wish they had more pieces to paint that were in a lower price range but, it's still a fun activity that's well worth trying out. I personally was bringing my 2 daughter's alot about 2 years ago when everyone was still wearing masks in all public places. It was nice to go somewhere with my kids that I felt was very clean and took proper precautions. It wasn't like bringing them to an indoor playground type place but they still had a blast! We each chose our own pottery piece, chose several paints/glazes in different colors, chose our brushes and sat down at our own table where we poured the glazes onto a pallet and began painting. The woman working was very helpful and knowledgeable, she answered all our questions with ease and was very pleasant and friendly. We took our time and took great care in covering every detail of our pieces. There was no time limit, nobody rushed us into finishing we were encouraged to take our time which I appreciated. I also got some info they had on their rewards program, there daily specials/deals they run every week and discovered that I could bring my piece home, finish at home and drop it off to be fired when it was ready! After finishing the glazing/painting portion you Mark your piece and place it on the shelf to be fired in the kiln. They provide you with a date and time to pick it up and you pay before you leave. You come back when it's ready and they will carefully wrap your pieces to bring home. They really do come out beautifully with such vivid colors. There are so many different pieces and there's so much to choose from! From plates to bowls, coffee mugs & tea pots, dog dishes, platters & trays, jewelry holders, planters, toothbrush holders & soap dishes, coasters, decorative knick knacks, piggy banks, even seasonal and holiday options as well! I would definitely recommend anyone to check out "you're fired" at least once! Make sure you check their website first and see which of their daily specials fits your needs best! We absolutely loved it and will be returning in the future!
