- Ms. Ella might have her young daughters nearby—so don’t be surprised if they peek in or interact with the class. She kindly asks for patience and understanding.
Our group had a wonderful time during our mother-daughter outing at this pottery studio. Ms. Ella is very down-to-earth and detailed in her teaching, which made the experience both relaxing and fun. The studio has a laid-back, welcoming vibe that puts you at ease right away. As a single mom, Ms. Ella might have her young daughters nearby—so don’t be surprised if they peek in or interact with the class ☺️ She kindly asks for patience and understanding, which honestly added to the charm and authenticity of the space. After taking the 1.5-hour “Clay Play” class, I’m definitely considering signing up for the beginner’s series. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something creative, casual, and community-centered!
I had a great time at the Village. I signed up for a drop in wheel class on a Thursday night. This was my very first pottery class (and interactive solo date) so I was already a bit nervous! But the environment was so chill and welcoming. Her kids were there also and they were great assistances! They helped get us squared away! Mrs. Ella was really attentive, fun, and patient with all of us! I appreciate her guidance, enthusiasm, and instilling confidence into me during class! I will definitely be back!
I had such a great time at my first pottery class with Ella at The Village! She was so friendly and made the class really fun. Her instructions were super clear and easy to follow, which made learning to use the pottery wheel way less intimidating than I expected. Ella has a great way of keeping things entertaining while also teaching you the basics. I’ll definitely be back for another class soon! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fun and creative experience.
My mom and I had so much fun at the drop in wheel class! Ella is a wonderful instructor, she made the whole process joyful and a safe space to be creative. We are looking forward to coming back 😁
Ella is a fantastic teacher! I signed up for a drop in wheel class on a Friday night with some other friends and she made sure we each left with a piece that would work for its purpose. She led the class with humor, demos, and hands on support. Her Thursday drop in classes sound like they'd be hilarious, looking forward to trying one of those in the future! The studio also offers regular classes which I might have to try out sometime also :)
