The Curious Crafter

I joined the Faux Food Clay Magnet event today. It was super affordable, $15 per person, and you got so many supplies. We stayed there for over 4 hours and had so much fun. They seem to have lots of events going on, especially next months. But they also have so many different art you can drop by and do or buy kits to go as well. The owners are super kind and nice. I definitely will go back there. If anyone is looking for fun activities to do, i highly recommend this place.

What a treasure! They have boxed crafts that you can buy and gift to a fellow crafter or do it yourself at home. You can also spend time there and complete any craft. I shared that I have a son who LOVES garbage trucks, so we made a custom laser etched wooden circle. I was involved in all of the design choices, and it just took about 20 minutes to come to life. I chose to use colored pencils to color it in. The owners were there and were about to answer my questions and chit-chat! I'll definitely be back!

My daughter had a fantastic art-themed 7th birthday party, and we had Curious Crafter come in to our event and organize custom art frames for each child, along with paint canvases. It kept the kids completely engaged, and they didn’t want the party to end! Teddy and Francisco were incredibly accommodating, and their prices were much more reasonable than many options we found in Madison. We even got a special group photo with a custom frame, which will be a lasting memory! Many families from the party mentioned they would reach out too. Highly recommend you visit and work with them.

We have enjoyed all of the crafting kits we have received. The owners have been incredible helpful and helped us bring out our inner creativity. We completed our two most recent crafts yesterday - ceramic ornaments and acrylic stained glass - and they turned out great. We had kids ranging in age from 7-9 and a 40 year old (me!), and we all enjoyed the crafting!

The owners are very friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxing. We did a couple of painting projects and spent about 2,5 hours there with 2 very busy kids! They also have water, coffee and snacks there :) Highly recommended!
