I brought my Mom here for her birthday and we had such a great time together. The staff was super helpful and we were excited to receive our finished pottery pieces. However, two days shy of a month from our visit, we still had not heard about our pieces being ready for pickup after being quoted a 2 week waiting period. We called the establishment inquiring about the timeline, Kayla (an employee there) had to search in the back to locate our pottery, and said it’s been ready and unsure of why we never received a text. I wonder, if I had never called them, would they have ever called me? Fulfilling my order weeks/ months later? I was looking forward to bringing my friend group and hosting events here however now I cannot trust the follow through process of actually receiving what I pay for. Truly was hoping for a better experience and quite saddened in how high it started, yet how quickly it derailed and I LOVE supporting women owned businesses. Ugh, maybe I’ll try again but I don’t know. I just value and appreciate good customer service through and through. Use your best judgment.

Wanted to surprise my Dad on his birthday and came here during business hours around 5:30pm, but the shop was closed. Tried calling the store’s phone number, but no one answered. This ruined our evening plans. I won’t be coming back.

Workers are absolutely too ghetto, and problematic. For a long time art lover, this place is NOT it. And not worth 2.5 months wait

Yes be aware of their policy, they said they sent an text 2 weeks after from first seating, text that isn’t in phone never received, then I received a text a month later, tried to pick up items which we spent $84 including $13 tip, long story short, the items were discarded and the money kept, family as coming here several times and spent good amount of money, of course whole daily will stop coming here and we’ll advise friends and family the same, to not throw away their money, very disappointed I gave 1 start due to there isn’t a lower review for it

Rude workers, excessive rules, paint color limits, surcharges, limited brushes allowed (2) super expensive to have every move regulated and limited control over your own artwork. All fired up in Decatur is 10 stars in comparison, definitely worth driving further if you’re a McDonough local!
