I stand corrected! I had a complaint and the manager's went out of their way to call me back and correct the situation! Love this place, they care deeply about their customers and it is always a blissful experience for me and my family. 🩵 There is no better pottery studio for family and kid's, I have so many beautiful pieces from them that I cherish and the kids love it there! We go there for every birthday because I am very sentimental and I love having things to add to my keep sake. 🎂 So worth the money because everything I have from there last and is such high quality!!! Highly recommend! 10/10!

I've been coming to UPaint for a lot of years. The Plainfield and Greenwood locations are awesome. A day of painting is a great way to hang out with my family.

I took my 6-year-old, and it was an absolute hit! It’s the perfect spot to unleash your creativity. They make the process incredibly easy—except for choosing what to paint because the options are endless! The staff were thorough in explaining everything and even brought out fresh water whenever we needed it.

Very nice staffing! Tends to be loud and busy but that's to be expected and does not degrade on the experience. The pottery is great for all ages. I remember fondly coming to a uPaint Studio as a child and painting the piggy bank I used up until I set up a bank account as a young adult. Very well made products. As an adult, I still enjoy painting pottery as you can easily make very personal pieces. My Fiancé and I have one of the magnets we made on a date here still hanging on our fridge, if I think to do it I'll post a picture of it. Definitely recommend for anyone who wants to go on a cutesy date.

My daughter was in town and we wanted to do something fun, so we came in on an early Thursday afternoon and was surprised by how many people were there. The girl working was nice and very informative and helpful, but my only complaint and why I'm not giving 5 stars is that it wasn't very relaxing. There was a LOT of things going on within the shop with the workers. Moving tables and chairs around and rushing all around us. It was very annoying and disruptive. I almost felt like I was being rushed out by how fast they were running around the place. I found it odd for that time of day. Otherwise, we enjoyed ourselves, but idk if I'd go again because of how distracting the atmosphere was.
