The Mud Room
The Mud Room offers a fun, innovative pottery experience with helpful, sweet staff and a wide selection of colors. While praised for its atmosphere and accommodating instructors, some note it can be pricey and has limited pet-friendliness.

- It's a little bit pricey.
- They don’t allow pets (exception: service animals)!
- It would also help if they had fixed policies - we found it to be dwindling with every staff member.
- Really disappointed they lost the Unicorn my granddaughter and I made together and the employee said they couldn't refund our money or let her make a new one.
- The selection is limited and expensive.
- There was little help offered to the kids on tips to make their projects better.
- Very cold.
A really sweet guy that helped us. He stayed open to make sure we finished our pottery. They also hold classes for longer projects :)
Went with 4 friends as walk ins for my birthday, employee was incredibly nice and helpful. So many color and pottery options to work with as well as stamps! Was a little pricey but worth the price for the experience. Fun for all ages!
It’s an excellent concept, so very innovative. The staff is very sweet and helpful. They helped us with our take home kit that included the paints we wanted in little pods. They have pretty pottery items and a wide collection of paints. However, I really hope there is more transparency on the prices. It’s a little bit pricey. They don’t allow pets (exception: service animals)! So if you’re looking for an activity where you could also have your pet with you, this isn’t the place! It would also help if they had fixed policies - we found it to be dwindling with every staff member. We were happy with the item and paints we picked and the service, but were unhappy about it not being pet friendly.
Really disappointed they lost the Unicorn my granddaughter and I made together and the employee said they couldn't refund our money or let her make a new one. She was really excited about getting it back and so was I. Not feeling very confident we'll get a resolution to this problem.
We used this place for my granddaughters 6th birthday. The lady on the phone was nice. But it is set up for grown-ups. The selection is limited and expensive. There was little help offered to the kids on tips to make their projects better. Very cold.
