We loved making pottery pieces at the Turquoise Cup and Robin (our instructor) was a fantastic teacher. Robin thoroughly explained the process with a demo. and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend a class with her. We loved the vibe of this place, so very cool and comfortable. Trust me, you’ll be happy that you visited and painted a piece of pottery or created something special.
We had a party of 17 made up of various ages. The assistance provided was so nice and patient. Our entire group was very happy with how things turned out. We look forward to returning to paint our items.
The studio is clean, organized, and has a comfortable soothing vibe that allows for the creativity to flow. The art supplies were abundant, numerous glazes to choose from and plenty of tables to work on. Plus a nice couch to take a break and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee. Registering for the class was easy and at a good value at that. The owner Erica was warm and welcoming. She offered a wealth of knowledge and her instructions were relatable and so easy to follow. The class was kept small which allowed for more 1 on 1 instruction. This allowed for each student to be able to produce a piece suitable for glazing. I would highly recommend this studio.
Finding Turquoise cup was definitely one of the best parts of the new year! Always wanted to learn pottery & booked a class with Robin on 1/2 and while it was challenging, Robin made the experience so much fun and rewarding! Her direction made it very easy. Have been back several times to paint my pottery pieces and the studio is always so well kept, organized and inviting, you definitely feel at home and comfortable just to have that space to create and relax. My pieces have always been well kept. Sydney and O’Ryan have always been helpful with answering questions, personable and friendly. Turquoise cup offers something for everyone as a way to unwind and learning a new skill. Looking forward to returning soon!
The Turquoise cup is so cozy and inviting. It was a fantastic way to spend a few hours with friends on a chilly Saturday! It was nice being able to get a hot chocolate from the coffee bar too. Erica was so nice and helpful. We love the pots we painted!
