Tooth + Nail Studio and Gallery

I highly recommend Tooth and Nail Studio and Gallery! As someone who is not very artistic, I went with an open mind to just have fun. I felt very supported and encouraged by the staff and other class attendees and had SO MUCH FUN!! I'm actually really impressed with myself. Can't wait to see the finished product after glazing and firing. I will be back!

Tooth & Nail is an absolute gem! Shelby is an amazing teacher and all the other staff is so friendly and helpful - especially when I'm a novice and feel like I have a million questions! The space is well organized, approachable, and you feel supported by staff and other classmates/studio goers! This has become my happy place (:

Took a four week intro class to learn hand building and wheel throwing and fell in love with the creative practice. The following month I came in every weekend for open studio, working on my projects and enjoying the community at the studio! Highly recommend this space to those who are curious about ceramics and especially for those looking for a creative community to get plugged in with.

I loved the 4-week intro course with Shelby! I made a lot of great things and feel confident enough to sign up for open studio. I bought a 10-pack of open studio sessions to continue my creativity throughout the year. Having the 3 hours of creative time on the weekend really helps to de-stress! I’m so glad this studio offers such amazing classes and open studio time!

I went to the wheel throwing class taught by Shelby. She was a really great teacher (and very patient). I was really pleased with the eclectic assortment of bowls/cups I got to create during the class. The space is gorgeous and Janelle was warm and welcoming. Looking forward to trying other classes there!
