- Helpful and patient staff
- Great for all ages (kids and adults)

- It is a little pricey!

- The first employee assumed I’d been there before and failed to explain important costs, including fees for time in the studio and charges for the tiles used.
- At checkout, I was shocked to find I was being aggressively nickel-and-dimed for each tile I used, despite not having been informed of this upfront.
- The lack of transparency, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior left me feeling misled and taken advantage of.
- Relying on a website for pricing is completely unacceptable—customers should be clearly informed of all costs when they arrive.
I absolutely love this art studio. I can't get enough of their eye candy, so much beautiful colored glass pieces when you walk in. I have taken two of the adult mosaic classes and am signed up for a third. Love it!!
I was trying to look for an art studio to spend an afternoon with my besties during this burning weather. Yucando came across our search and were so interested in the mosaic. Reservation is suggested but not required. The staff gave instruction in patience and the whole thing is beginner-friendly. The materials provide are comprehensive. I enjoyed so much of the experience.
I could stay for hours here! I took my 12 and 14 year old there for projects and they enjoyed it! Lots of decorative items to choose from. I found out you cam even bring in your own project to work on, and just pay for studio time! Will go back for special occasions because it is a little pricey!
I drove an hour to YuCanDu Art Studio with my toddlers, expecting a fun outing, but was met with poor customer service and hidden fees. The first employee assumed I’d been there before and failed to explain important costs, including fees for time in the studio and charges for the tiles used. As I worked on my mosaic, I had no idea these additional costs were piling up. At checkout, I was shocked to find I was being aggressively nickel-and-dimed for each tile I used, despite not having been informed of this upfront.I made an unfinished mosaic not a painting with tiles. That employee was rude and dismissive, further adding to my frustration and confusion. I was charged over $70 for my project: box, one layer of paint, 20~ tiles. That isn't ok. Also not including the surprise fee of spending my time there. Relying on a website for pricing is completely unacceptable—customers should be clearly informed of all costs when they arrive. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior left me feeling misled and taken advantage of. I will not be returning or recommending this studio. For any business that wants to succeed, clear and honest communication about all charges is non-negotiable.
I wanted to do a mosaic project but quickly realized I needed help, so I went to a Christmas tree project at YUCANDO that involved beautiful tree cut outs and tiles. Such a great experience! The store is like a candy shop with millions of possibilities and people could not have been more helpful. I will be back to work on my original project soon!
