I really liked this place, visited twice, and had previously found the customer service to be excellent. However, during a recent visit to pick up a piece I painted with my 2.5-year-old (who was with me), I had a different experience. My child, excited by the many items within her reach, accidentally broke something on display despite my efforts to redirect her. I immediately apologized and cleaned up the mess while feeling overwhelmed and embarrassed. The employee responded by saying, “I’m going to have to make you pay for that,” after checking if we were okay (which I appreciated). I found this response disappointing and lacking in empathy. A little grace and understanding—especially when dealing with a parent and toddler in a child-friendly space—would have gone a long way. Sadly, we won’t be returning.
One of the best ceramics painting stores I've visited. The staff is friendly and available to help you enjoy your time and be creative. Private area for parties; there was a children's birthday party held during our visit, and they all had a fun time. The cost for your ceramic piece includes everything...glazes, use of brushes, stencils, stamps, etc, and final glaze and firing. You are allowed to bring in food and drinks, and can stay for as long as you'd like. Plenty of seating and tables, well lit, convenient and covered self-pay parking garage a few feet away. Easy short walk to coffee shop and restaurants.
Me and my boyfriend had a great date in this place. Yes, it's a little priced, depending on what you paint, but definitely worth it.
Very fun! They have a lot of things to choose from, colors turn darker after being in the kiln so go lighter. Definitely enjoyed our time!
Very clean. Very organized and well managed. Tons to choose from too. Extremely friendly. We had a wonderful time, and it was relaxing to just paint and visit at our own pace. A little pricier than planned with the "studio feed plus taxes plus the actual item charges" so we were surprised a bit. But i would go back anytime! Thank you
