We had a great time today. The staff greets you as soon as the door opens & they are very welcoming. They are paitent while you pick out your piece, which they have a great selection of, as well as while picking out colors. They take time to go into detail about the process and go over the different glaze options. Can't wait to get our pieces back and create more!

Came here for my birthday and had such a good time! The staff were really nice and helpful. They have so many options of pottery to paint it was hard to choose which one to paint. Definitely a fun activity to do with the family or on a date or just with friends. Already been twice and will be back! Thanks for the fun birthday! And they turned out so good 😊

I have been here multiple times and each time I have had a blast. They love to give tips and tricks if you want them. I took a wheel class on my birthday last year and it was an incredible experience. I have painted so many things with them and if I lived closer it would be dangerous! I might wire my check direct deposit straight to them lol. But seriously, they create an atmosphere which is so fun! You can create simple designs or pull out the big guns and get really detailed. I can’t share the pictures of what I’ve created as they will be gifts but it’s an absolute blast to get creative here!

I went and made a beautiful plate for Christmas, and I wanted it to be a clear coat on there with glitter and they told me that there was a certain paint I had to use to do that , so I did , and I even asked at the end and told them that it was still white, and would that go away and they said yes, it would be clear with glitter after they fired it . I picked it up today , because you have to wait a week for them to get done with it, i immediately was like that’s not right, and told them that it’s not what they said, but they said Oh sorry, And put it in the bag. So I tried to call when I left, And asked for a manager and she said yes she’s here hold on , and apparently the manager goes No , I don’t have time to talk , I’m getting ready for a party that’s coming in a little bit and she goes No sorry she’s not available , She can’t talk. And I said well do you know when she will be available to talk? She goes no I don’t know. I said how about Monday and she goes I don’t know. So I told her OK thank you that maybe I would try back later today because she told me they closed at 8pm. I appreciate the fact that they let people come in and paint and everyone seems really nice, but when you spend 3 1/2 hours making something for Christmas that you wanted for your family and you were told something specific and then they didn’t live up to their end of the deal, it doesn’t seem like they really want to talk to you. I mean, I’m looking at this plate that I spent so much time on, that I wanted so perfect for my family for Christmas, and all you can see is white all over the beautiful colors that I had already painted. It seems like somewhere in there they would say , something might be wrong. We need to call her and see if this is what she wanted. I mean, maybe I just think ahead , I don’t know to me, That’s just common sense.And now they don't want to make it right in anyway. Honestly , I just felt like she blew me off ! I had so much fun there with my mother-in-law and now I’m not sure I wanna go back and we had about 10 more things we had planned to do there for our grandkids before Christmas. Now I guess I’ll be looking elsewhere since I can’t even fix this with a manager. . So much for customer service. It’s no wonder folks go to Nashville for everything!
