HIGHLY recommend a hand building class with Griffin - best pottery teacher ever! It was a great place with all the resources you would need. Location is nice. Great resource for being creative without having to do too much guesswork (or clean up). Make a Battle Mug with Griffin!

I started taking watercolor classes with Louise in January. I expected to take them for a month and decide how to proceed with the hobby from there. I absolutely loved the class and have been attending regularly for 4 months now with no plans to stop. Louise is a great teacher. She provides clear and engaging instruction. I regularly come away from class with news skills or a product that I am really proud of. Part of what makes Louise a great teacher is that she knows that we need encouragement as we learn new things and she really delivers! I wish workshop offered even more watercolor opportunities!

I’ve been going here for almost 2 years as both a student and a studio member. The instructors are all knowledgeable and can help with any questions. The space is well supplied with glazes and lots of tools for throwing/trimming/decorating. This is the perfect place to develop your skills and join a creative and supportive community!

I really enjoyed taking classes and workshops at Workshop SLC! The classes were phenomenal! I highly recommend taking drawing classes from Chris Maggio and Linocut Printmaking from Kaori F. Both instructors are very talented, skilled, knowledgeable, and fun! Plus, I love the new friends I've made. Don't hesitate to sign up!
