Angela is an amazing artist as well as an amazing, patient teacher. My daughter and I attended one of her classes and she was so helpful and patient with us as we learned how to use the pottery wheel. I would recommend her classes to anyone!

Vessel Gallery and Clay Studio is a treasured addition to our Priest Lake summer tradition, begun in the 1950’s. Encouraging all of my summer lake friends to stop in Newport, or come back while at the lake, to explore the gallery and all Newport has to offer. Vessel gallery is the best! The owner Angela is so knowledgeable and such a great and supportive teacher, I highly recommend taking a class here if you are even a little bit interested in using clay or just want some affordable wholesome fun. Whether your a beginner or more advanced she makes sure that the class is useful and fun by letting the students take the lead on what the class does next which I thought was so cool, it really makes the classes good for anybody who wants to learn more.
